Hi, I’m Maísa.

​I am a Reiki and energy healer, breathwork practitioner since 2019, and de-armouring practicioner since 2022.

​​I’m passionate about studying and exploring the deep connection between the body and spirit, and believe that our breath and bodies are powerful allies on our spiritual journeys. My wish is to support people in their healing journeys but also to provide them with tools to cope in their everyday lives.​

​​​​​​​In my journey, I’ve been learning many different healing modalities, like Reiki, intuitive energy healing, healing massage, myofascial release, trigger points, breathwork and dearmouring. As a result of that, my sessions are always a combination of many different techniques guided by intuition and each person’s needs.
