Conscious breathing to release tension and emotional blockages - Sessions in Stockholm

Breathwork involves many different breathing techniques which connect the mind and body. It can vary between simple breathing exercises and more complex breathing patterns and tempo, all depending on the aim of the exercise.
You can shift your state of consciousness, release stress and tension in the body and create a deep sense of relaxation and well-being, just by focusing on the breath.
The intention of breathwork is to influence and alter our emotional, physical and mental states through conscious breathing techniques.

Among the many benefits of breathwork, it can:

Improves focus as much as emotional stability, reducing anxiety and having a calming effect on the mind.

Boosts oxygen circulation, alkalizes the blood’s pH levels and supports the natual detoxification of the body. It has a great positive impact on the nervous system and helps to elevate your mood. In the long term, it helps to reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure and improves lung’s respiratory capacity.

In a 1-1 breathwork session, we will make sure to find the best technique to help you with your intention and physical condition. The sessions are held in Stockholm, but can also be guided online depending on your experience level and intention.

Breathwork can also be done in groups – and I’m happy to facilitate that too! If you’re 2 or more persons, feel free to reach out to me to schedule a group session and the right location.

Our breath is the beginning of everything – our day, our conscious state, our lives. It is crucial that we learn how to breathe correctly, and learning tools for changing our breathing patterns and nervous system state can be life changing!

FAQs

Although it’s a natural and non-invasive tool, some breathwork techniques can trigger intense emotional and physical reactions. Therefore some techniques are not advised for persons suffering from cardiovascular diseases, severe mental illness, sever anxiety disorders, diagnosis of schizophrenia, seizure occurences or are using controlled medications, like blood thinning medicine.
If you have any medical conditions or are currently taking medication, please consult your doctor prior to practicing Breathwork.
If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before practicing breathwork.
Please make sure to inform me regarding any medical condition and your intention with breathwork, and together we’ll chose the correct and safe technique for your body and your intention.

Yes! It is not only possible, but wonderful to practice breathwork with more people!
Feel free to discuss with me about a session for 1, 2 or up to 4 persons.
Group sessions can be held in Stockholm and surroundings.

Yes! During 1-1, duo/couple or group breathwork sessions, I practice energy work to help the flow and release of energy on each person.
But if you would like to have only guided breathwork without energy healing, it is of course possible.
